ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Meet Adam

Founder. Neurodivergent. Systems Architect.


Adam Fenton is a neurodiversity consultant and business operations expert with more than a decade of experience designing systems that help organizations work smarter — not harder.

As the Founder of NeuroPeak Global Consulting, Adam combines MBA-level business training with lived neurodivergent experience to help companies create inclusive, efficient, and human-centered workplaces. His background includes managing multi-site operations, building organizational systems, leading teams, overseeing budgets, improving compliance, and supporting nonprofits and education programs across Colorado.

Adam’s work focuses on neuro-inclusive systems design, organizational audits, leadership training, and 1:1 coaching for neurodivergent professionals. He is known for turning complex operational challenges into clear, sustainable solutions that reduce burnout, improve communication, and strengthen culture.

Driven by the belief that neurodivergent talent is a competitive advantage, Adam helps organizations replace performative policies with structures where every nervous system can thrive.
