Meet Adam
Founder. Systems Architect. Neurodivergent.
Adam Fenton is a neurodiversity consultant and business operations expert with more than a decade of experience designing systems that help organizations work smarter — not harder.
As Founder of NeuroPeak Global Consulting, Adam combines nearly two decades of operations and management experience with lived neurodivergent experience to help companies build efficient, inclusive, human-centered workplaces. His background includes managing multi-site operations, building organizational systems, leading teams, managing budgets, meeting and improving compliance, and supporting nonprofits and education programs across Colorado.
Adam’s work focuses on neuro-inclusive systems design, organizational systems audits, leadership training, and 1:1 coaching for neurodivergent professionals. He is known for turning complex operational challenges into clear, sustainable solutions that reduce burnout, improve communication, and strengthen culture.
